Intended use.
Matt alkyd thixotropic primer for interior use. Reinforces weak surfaces (limestone, chalk), improves paint adhesion to the surface, and reduces the amount of paint required for the final coating. May be used as an isolating layer for the surfaces contaminated nicotine, soot or water leaks. Forms strong surface without any stripes. The primer is in a gel like form therefore is equally distributed on the surface. Intended for priming plastered, coated, brick and concrete surfaces, MPP, MDP and wooden surfaces

Surface preparation.
The surface must be cleaned from dirt, dust, and grease. The surface should be cleaned from loose paint, lime and chalk. It is recommended to clean the surface with 2-5 percent soda solution or a detergent containing ammonium solution and then wash with water and allow to dry. Matt down hard or gloss surfaces by sanding. Fill the cracks and any irregularities with filler, sand the surface and clean from dust.

Apply 1-2 coats using a brush, a roller, or an airless sprayer. Do not thin or mix if using a roller or a brush. After mixing, e.g. when tinting, allow the paint to settle until it regains gel consistency. When painting by spraying, the paint may be thinned with wait spirit up to 10 percent of the volume.

Application conditions.
The temperature during painting and drying must be above +5°C, and relative air humidity must not exceed 80 percent. Thinner and tool cleaning agent: wait spirit.
Drying time: dust does not adhere after 2 hours, second coat may be applied after 18 hours. Coverage: 6 – 12 m²/l (per coat).
