Glossy floor paint for interior wood and concrete floors.
Surface preparation.
Concrete must be homogeneous and free of any modifying additives (polymer dispersion, curing agents, hydrophobic additive, etc.). The mentioned additive may have negative effect on paint and surface (concrete) adhesion. When the exact composition of the concrete substrate is unknown, test the paint on a small area. The absolute moisture content in the concrete cannot exceed 4 percent.
Application.
New concrete flooring may be painted no sooner than 28 days after laying. The surface must be cleaned from lime milk (see concrete floor preparation instructions). Apply 2-3 coats of paint on clean and dry surfaces using a brush or a roller. Mix well before using paint, dilute with waitspirit or other type of thinner up to 8 percent of the volume. Each coat takes no longer than 24 hours to dry at the temperature of 20°C. The paint is ready to use. Apply paint at ambient temperature from +5 to +30°C. Protect from frost!
Amount of paint required. Coverage per coat: 6-9 m²/l.
